Dan Angelo grew up in small-town Wyoming and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
In 2001, he moved to Las Vegas and spent three years teaching second grade in the Clark County School District. During that time, he developed an interest in Las Vegas real estate and earned his Nevada real estate license in 2003.
In 2004, Dan joined Cherry Development as Director of Sales for Soho Lofts, the first residential high-rise development in downtown Las Vegas. In that role, he served as the direct link between the developer, buyers, lenders, general contractor, and escrow company throughout the development and sales process.
Following the completion of Soho Lofts, Dan began working directly with property owners to lease and manage residential properties while also helping buyers navigate the rapidly changing real estate market during the foreclosure crisis.
In 2013, Dan earned his Nevada Property Management Permit and joined The Prescott Companies as a full-time property manager, with a focus on high-rise condominium management.
In 2015, Dan moved his license to Black & Cherry Real Estate Group, where he continues to independently manage a portfolio of residential investment properties ranging from approximately 70 to 125 doors.
Over the course of his career, Dan has worked through multiple real estate cycles while building long-term relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and referring agents. His management approach emphasizes communication, accountability, strong tenant placement, detailed oversight, and protecting the long-term performance of each property under management.
